The operation center compares the monitoring value with the actual production data every day, and rectifies the deviation immediately.

Comprehensively sort out the index factors affecting steel materials, combine product design, standards and uses, break conventional thinking, grasp key elements, continuously optimize the production process path, steel output temperature, casting machine pull speed control standards, expand the scope of recycling and utilization of iron-containing materials, and link up and down processes, which greatly reduces the consumption of steel materials between processes.
