    Recently, AkzoNobel held the 2024 Metal Packaging Summit Forum, at which it announced that its BPA-free packaging coating production line located in Shanghai Songjiang High Performance Coatings Factory was officially put into operation.

     

    As AkzoNobel's first BPA-free packaging coating production base in Asia, the production line will produce a variety of BPA-free AccelshieldTM interior and exterior coating products for the metal can packaging industry, meeting the most stringent regulatory requirements at home and abroad, and bringing more sustainable packaging coating products to customers in China and Asia.
