On July 4, 2025, Brazil's Executive Management Committee of the Foreign Trade Chamber (GECEX) issued Resolution No. 754 of 2025, making a final affirmative anti-dumping determination on polyether polyols (with a molecular weight between 300–4,500 g/mol and purity ≥90%), including mixtures with polyether polyol concentration ≥90%, originating from China and the United States.
The ruling imposes the following anti-dumping duties:

USD 959.19–1,469.16/ton on products from China;

USD 555.19–680.13/ton on products from the United States.

These duties will be effective for 5 years. The products fall under Mercosur tariff code (NCM) 3907.29.39. The resolution takes effect immediately upon publication.
