Major environmental impacts and countermeasures and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts

1. The dust (particulate matter) generated in the exhaust gas preparation process is collected by the gas collection hood and connected to the existing bag dust removal device, and discharged through the 15m high 1# exhaust cylinder after treatment. The exhaust gas collection efficiency is 98% and the treatment efficiency is 89%. The feeding, dispersing and blending process will produce dust, it is proposed to open the exhaust device before feeding, and at the same time set up a gas collection cover above the feeding kettle to collect the dust; Preparation, feeding, stirring, dispersion, blending, inspection, filtration and filling processes produce organic waste gas (pollutants are mainly non-methane total hydrocarbons, toluene, xylene, benzene series, n-butanol, acetone, acetate, styrene, isocyanate), waste gas is collected by equipment pipeline, and negative pressure is collected for the workshop as a whole; After the above exhaust gas is collected, it is connected to a set of bag dust removal + zeolite runner + RTO treatment, and the exhaust gas is discharged through the 15m high 2# exhaust cylinder. The exhaust gas collection efficiency is 99.7% and the treatment efficiency is 90%.

 

The emission limits of organized isocyanates, particulate matter, non-methane total hydrocarbons, TVOC and benzene series can meet the Table 2 standard of the "Coatings, Inks and Adhesives Industrial Air Pollutant Emission Standards" (GB37824-2019), and the emission limits of fugitive particulate matter, non-methane total hydrocarbons and benzene series can meet the Table 2 standard of Jiangsu Province's local standard "Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants" (DB32/4041-2021); The emission limits of toluene and xylene can meet the emission standards of Table 1 and Table 2 of the local standard "Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants" (DB32/4041-2021) of Jiangsu Province; The emission limits of n-butanol, acetone, styrene and acetate can meet the emission standards in Table 1 and Table 2 of the Chemical Industry Volatile Organic Compounds Emission Standard (DB32/3151-2016); The emission limits of odor concentration can meet the emission standards in Table 1 and Table 3 of the Odor Pollutant Emission Standard (GB14553-93).

 

2. Waste water This project does not produce production waste water and domestic sewage.

 

3. Noise: The noise source of this project mainly comes from production equipment, fans, etc. By adopting low-noise equipment, after indoor sound absorption and sound insulation, the noise of the factory boundary can reach the 3 types of standards of "Environmental Noise Emission Standards for Industrial Enterprises and Plants" (GB12348-2008), and will not have a significant impact on the sensitive targets of the sound environment.

 

4. Solid waste technical transformation solid waste mainly includes hazardous solid waste and general solid waste. Hazardous solid waste is waste solvent, paint sample, inspection unqualified products, waste filter coating, equipment cleaning waste liquid, waste packaging barrel/bag, waste rag/glove, waste zeolite and waste catalyst, waste oil, waste lamp, general solid waste includes waste cloth bags, collected dust, waste newspapers, scrap metal, waste packaging bags and waste shovel boards. Among them, hazardous waste is entrusted to qualified units for disposal; General solid waste is entrusted to relevant units for disposal. All solid waste generated by the project is properly disposed of and has zero emission. As long as the disposal is regulated in accordance with the established method, there will be no significant impact on the environment.
